Request for more editing options with Audio

1. This is simply a suggestion to include more editing options for built-in audio in the game... or to simplify them just like race-making has been simplified, as it is already too tedious to mess with... The timing of audio files, when to and not to play them in the game...

This will be crucial for stuff like unlock flags as their commentary and audio files are somehow tied together, yet unchangeable in the game (or simply not anywhere close to easy to accomplish)…

2. On the side note, I'd like to make a suggestion to add a race folder for cruise mode whereby we can manually change spawn points, weather, time of day etc.

Thank you for hearing me out, and I know very well that this will be a long and tedious process.
