Move settings page to the right place

You placed the settings page for the report below Site administration -> Reports -> Device Analytics.

I would have searched the settings page below Site administration -> Plugins -> Reports (/admin/reports.php) and would have
expected Site administration -> Reports -> Device Analytics to just give me the GUI to view the report.

Unfortunately, there is https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-53040 which might prevent you from simply adding the settings page to Site administration -> Plugins -> Reports.

Perhaps you have fun solving MDL-53040 and put the settings page into the right place?
