Automatically pull or push posts from a category

Hi !
Sorry if the question has already been replied to but I couldn't find something relevant to help me :/
I would like to sync posts from a category from MainSite to 2 connected external websites, while keeping the dates and author intact.
While I've found the docs for the dates and author (I still need some testing, I can't make it work but it's just a question of time), I don't know where to start with the auto push process.
What would be ideal, to reducde the server load I think would be to auto pull from the connected site instead of auto push, but as long as it's working, I'm ok with anything :)
If you have some pointers, I'm all ears !
