Cannot symlink just file inside folder

The bootstrap script won't go into folders to find symlinks and link them. For example, if you have a file you want to link from ~/dotfiles/openssh/config to ~/.ssh/config there's no way of doing this because the current system wants you to create ~/dotfiles/openssh/ssh.symlink which creates ~/.ssh and this overwrites any files inside that folder/file.
