Are you still supporting this? It looks like there is no wrapper for ELB. I'll try to code one.

We do @cajund but we found that working directly with AWS was actually better than using a wrapper for Yii2 and we are working with Yii2 only nowadays. Feel free to add your contribution, will be more than happy to add it.
