• 5h on friday: z2jh 4 release focused work. I for example tested z2jh 4.0.0-beta.4 in 2i2c infra and followed up with some fixes detected for jupyterhub, and did some convenience things for people to upgrade in kubespawner, and prepared ldapauthenticator 2's release
  • Testing upgrade from jupyterhub 3.3.7 to 4.0.0-beta.4 #4979
  • Exiting applicaiton log message to be done at a higher log level than debug jupyterhub/jupyterhub#4928
  • JupyterHub startup aborted by failure to connect to an external service (behavior change between jh 4.1.5 and 5.0.0-5.2.0) jupyterhub/jupyterhub#4929
  • Abort jupyterhub startup only if managed services fail jupyterhub/jupyterhub#4930
  • Add escape_slug as a utility function alongside safe_slug jupyterhub/kubespawner#865
  • Add changelog for 2.0.0 jupyterhub/ldapauthenticator#288
• 1.5h on monday: maintenance of jupyter-rsession-proxy as prompted by issue triaging in tljh, and cut the tljh 2.0.0 release after a beta.1 has been out a while without issues.
