When activating plugin '/vendor/autoload.php' is not found #3

Hi,
I've added the plugin to my plugins directory and copied the code but when I try to activate it I get an error message that it can't find '/vendor/autoload.php' within the plugins directory. (ims-lti-advantage.php line 19)

Any hint what I missing here?
