It's raising a log "noise" in the lizmap-admin.log :

lizmapadmin	An HTTP request ended with an error, please check the main error log. HTTP code 400.
lizmapadmin	The HTTP OGC request to QGIS Server ended with an error. HTTP code 400 on "REPOSITORY" = 'test' & "PROJECT" = 'test' & "SERVICE" = 'CADASTRE' & "REQUEST" = 'GetCapabilities' & "VERSION" = '1.0.0' & "LIZMAP_USER" = 'admin' & "LIZMAP_USER_GROUPS" = 'admins, ccct_realmont, ccsvp_interco, sdis81_admin' & "LIZMAP_OVERRIDE_FILTER" = ''
