on OSX (Mojave), newest sbcl

Had to brew install mpg123
Had to disable :mixalot-vorbis :mixalot-flac
Had to uncomment usage of vorbis and flac in audio.lisp and library.lisp

and than it worked fine and played music

probably simply brew install flac missing
