Feature Description

ETSI 103.720 v1.2.1 defines the support for a Public Warning System (PWS). Section 5.15.1 defines the reference architecture. The warning messages to be broadcasted are delivered via the MME to the eNodeB instances.

M3 is the reference point for the control plane between MME and E-UTRAN.

Implementation

Implement the M3 interface in the MME and the eNodeB.
