Parking brake are not enabled at starting and can't be enabled without the engine running.

To fix this, we need to modify the hydraulics systems to mimic the hydraulic accumulators behavior (with pressure gradients & everything) instead of the naive "pump-on" / "pump-off" binary hydraulic state for both circuits that we currently use.
