Summary: время репорта отличается от времени на камере

Environment:

v0.4.3 v0.4.4
KAUNAS / hp
win 11 pro
google chrome - версия 114.0.5735.134

Preconditions:

Пользователь авторизован
Лицензионный ключ введен
Камеры авторизованы (10.20.100.40, 10.20.100.41, 10.20.100.42, 10.20.100.43)
К авторизованным камерам подключены алгоритмы

Steps to reproduce:

Дождаться создания репортов на авторизованных камерах
Просмотреть репорты для каждой камеры

Expected result:

Время репорта совпадает с временем на камере

Actual result:

Время репорта НЕ совпадает с временем на камере
