Verify that access-bot-authoured commits also get commit-checked

This commit ACCESS-NRI/access-esm1.5-configs@70c0f5d did not have checks run because it was workflow-authored. This is compared to ACCESS-NRI/access-om2-configs@4f8bba9 which was also workflow-authored.

This means that the secrets.GH_COMMIT_CHECK_TOKEN is not allowing workflows to run on workflow-authoured checks again. Possibly, the token needs to be regenerated, or the correct token is not being used.

Verify that the tokens are working as intended.
