Ndd: Hide WebP algorithms for non-WebP images

Hide WebP algorithms for non-WebP images in the NDD table.

❗️ As of now, we are awaiting an update to retrieve the correct MIME type from the API to be able to do this in an accurate way. The API currently returns "binary/octet-stream" instead of "image/..." which prevents to retrieve the MIME type accurately. It is being considered in the future update of the API.
