The FixHeaderCommand function used by ecattominc2 updates the header of the final MINC file to match the dimensions of the native-space PET input image. If analysis-space is set to t1, this results in the final lp or other tka image not being in the same space as the native T1 image, result labels in T1 space, and the PET co-registered to the T1.
