I'm having an issue with APPIAN finding the image I want to use to define the stereotaxic space. I have tried defining the image path with both absolute and relative paths to the same result; failing with the error:
'Status : FAIL 1 All_Command_lines_OK
Using single precision for computations.
file OASIS/T_template0.nii.gz does not exist .'
I am wondering, does the container have some expectation that template images will be stored in a particular directory? I have tried using a sub-directory contained within the input directory defined by the -s option.
