When no remote repositories or storage services are enabled, the upload targets page is empty when just running a local job and DART is being used more as a BAGIT GUI.
In this scenario, is there any value from a UX experience of just skipping that upload targets page completely if it's going to be empty, and the user has extra step to skip through?

Thanks for the feedback, I wasn’t sure if my point made any sense. I’m currently looking into the user experience in a not so systematic way, as I’m planning on getting donors with a potentially small amount of technical expertise to use Dart to create bags. So I’ll probably have more feedback as the months go by, which you’re obviously free to ignore if they make no sense for the project!
