some suggestions/clarifications for governance on GitHub - do you agree?

I have reviewed all ongoing action and trying to sort this a bit with my GitHub Knowledge to help with the overview and speed for the team.
So here is my list of suggested workflows/arrangements to help you @romeoplat @dutkulang @dawaedina27 and everyone helping out:

on another note (some suggestions/clarifications for governance on GitHub):

1. It would be good if the approval includes 2 people stating it is good to go (or one in charge?) to set on verified label

2. the automatic Label Profile is for all (new and updated) Profiles and when the automatic label Profile-Update is ONLY for existing Profiles online but that got an Update in pipeline

3. I put everyone who is a) already online and on "Update" mode or b) active member to my knowledge in #ASKnet really missing on the label Prio1 → I hope this helps !?

4. For this round all Prio2 will not be added but the indicator waiting-for-input is really important to watch out for, as there are open questions if not solvable it can also be set on on-hold Label

5. If you find any profile that exists online but got an update within the issues please make sure it carries the Profile-Update label if it is NOT online on https://lead.asknet.community stick to the Profile-Review label to keep it more consistent
