There isn't a precise specification by etsi although it appears as a endpoint in MEC 011

This issue might (with a high probability) be related to #26 and #27 need to take a further look into section 8.2.2 and the yaml provided by etsi (https://forge.etsi.org/rep/mec/gs011-app-enablement-api/raw/stf606-final/MecServiceMgmtApi.yaml)
