I tried both of the commands, but they do not work properly.

LOCAL_MODE=0 yarn dev

yarn dev -l=0

local mode is usually used with local instant sealing mandala, so we will probably remove it soon as we don't use local mandala anymore.

is there any specific thing you are trying to accomplish with local mode?
