Load the Dracula.json file into iTerm under Preferences / Profiles and clicking on Other Actions... -> Import JSON Profiles

Set up a custom iTerm2 Window appearance under Profiles / Window

Transparency: 10 [Keep background colors opaque]
Blur: 20
Background Image: Enabled / Mode: Stretch / Blending: 20
Settings for New Windows: Columns: 80 / Rows: 25
