@AbsoluteGriffith Hello! Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce this issue on our side. Could you please describe exact 'steps to reproduce' for this issue? Also, it seems that in order to diagnose and troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your application logs. Here's what we need you to do:

@AbsoluteGriffith Could you please try to perform the Advanced Uninstallation using the steps described in our Knowledge Base article. Please let us know if the issue persists after that. |
Yes I've tried and it didn't worked. The only solution I've found is to make another admin session on my mac and there everything work with AdGuard. So it's a mac os problem, the fact that I've remove website from my whitelist crash the app and my os on this session block adguard now, I've tried everything in the terminal for reset and evertything but nothing worked. |
@AbsoluteGriffith Could you please let us know, removal of which site from the allow list was the cause of the problem? |

Issue Details
Adguard won't open on my Mac since a remove website from white list the app crash and keep saying try to re open, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work.
Then I did the recovery mode manipulation with the commands “csrutil” “systemextensionsctl reset” but that didn't work either.
Now I can't even install it from the dmg, when the app is downloading for the installation a pop up show up and say "impossible to download adguard an error bla bla bla..."
