@AbsoluteGriffith Hello!

Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce this issue on our side. Could you please describe exact 'steps to reproduce' for this issue?

Also, it seems that in order to diagnose and troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your application logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Click AdGuard icon in the menu bar → Gear → Advanced → Logging → Logging level → Debug.
  2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time it happened.
  3. Menu → Advanced → Logging → Export Logs and System Info….
  4. Send this file to [email protected]:
    — include [mac] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email
    — specify the exact time when the issue occurred

@AbsoluteGriffith Could you please try to perform the Advanced Uninstallation using the steps described in our Knowledge Base article. Please let us know if the issue persists after that.

Yes I've tried and it didn't worked. The only solution I've found is to make another admin session on my mac and there everything work with AdGuard.

So it's a mac os problem, the fact that I've remove website from my whitelist crash the app and my os on this session block adguard now, I've tried everything in the terminal for reset and evertything but nothing worked.

@AbsoluteGriffith Could you please let us know, removal of which site from the allow list was the cause of the problem?
