Issue in ./help/using/dispatcher-configuration.md

While customers are advised to block access to querybuilder, through the dispatcher, it was determined that for Assets Performance testing during pipeline deployment, the CM needs querybuilder to be allowed on the dispatcher for the cloudmanager user:

CM needs querybuilder to be allowed on dispatcher for the cloudmanager user, as during asset testing it retrieves processing time - <1]

This information should be available for the customers either in the dispatcher configuration documentation or in the code quality testing one - [2].
