Feature Description

Currently you can create a Github Gist with Gistr, and embed Github/OpenGist Gists, but there is no mechanism to create and update OpenGist Gists with this plugin. It would be great if you could create an OpenGist via Gistr, as you already can for Github.

I hate Github notifications. Hardly see them.

I've had plans to implement Opengist embeds, the developer has been tweaking with the API a bit, so I've been waiting on him to finish up a few features.

I'll go take a look and see if he's done and working on other stuff, that way I don't have to keep tweaking the code.
