Describe the bug
Gramophone generates .m3u favorite playlist file when booted, even when Gramophone doesn't have "add to playlist" for now.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Boot Gramophone app
  2. /Music/gramophone_favourite.m3u file appears

Expected behavior
Should only generate the .m3u file when user actually has added songs into favorite playlist. (This playlist is also visible on other music player)
