[FR] Default Sleep Timer

Could you Guys add default time when user click that icon of sleep timer in settings or last used sleep timer as a default when they long press add like pop-up that shows 15 , 30, 1hr , 2 hr , 3hr min easy to choose

current showing method is not okay. everytime I need to enter like half and hour every time I need to do that I need click and put two 00 and then I need to add 30

it would be best if user able to do that easily
