Manually move tool-tips

Heya, im having a issue with floating-vues positioning in a SPA, my setup looks like this (with some extra):

That is my outer application, where i keep my system buttons (minimize, close, etc etc) and i'm trying to display a vmenu tooltip, to show notifications (Using that download menu as a example right now) but for some reason, the tooltip appears only in the center of the screen, it doesn't position its self under the notification bell, so i was wondering if and how i can manually move it? Heres the full file if that helps.
