Please verify the version of auro-hyperlink you have installed

3.7.0-Beta.1

Please describe the bug

The bg color on buttons and hyperlinks are using different tier 2 tokens.

For example
The bg hover color on buttons are using var(--ds-color-container-ui-primary-hover-default, #193d73)
The bg hover color on CTA Hyperlinks are using var(--ds-color-ui-default-default, #0074c8)

Reproducing the error

None

Expected behavior

The button and hyperlink CTA should use the exact same semantic tier 2 tokens.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Exit criteria

Either button or hyperlink is updated so both version of the components match.
