auro-toast: longer and flexible duration of toast

Right now the default amount of time the toast stays open is 5 seconds. Can we increase the amount of time it is open for?

Describe the solution you'd like

If there are more than 120 characters in the toast, add a second for every 120 characters in the toast so the user is able to read the text in the toast with enough time.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We've also thought about setting a 10 second maximum (1200 character limit) or letting the user choose the duration?

Additional context

In the original blueprint, it is stated to +1 second for every 120 characters.
