auro-toast: support position property

On desktop, the toasts are defaulted to be positioned on the bottom right of the screen. I wish it was more flexible in which we are able to choose where on the screen we would like the toasts to be placed.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to use something like a position property to be able to define where I would like to see the toasts be positioned. Supporting the following positions for the toasts can look something like this: 'top', 'top-right', 'top-left', 'bottom', 'bottom-right', 'bottom-left'.
