Plans for a Bioconda release?

Hi @rpetit3,
For now there is no plan to add the progenome_classifier to bioconda.
We are working on an improved version (actually a new tool), which will be on bioconda.
In around two months we should release the new tool. I can keep you updated.

Is it safe to assume that once the new tool is released it will replace the current proGenomes2? If so, I will wait for the new tool.

Also, is there a repo I can watch or somewhere to follow?

They will probably be two separate tools.

The repo is not public yet, but I'll remember!
