The "Build and run" button is grey and doesn't work.

I am pretty new to level editing, my friend teached me how to set everything up. I experimented on sonic 2 first, and then found this disassembly of the prototype.
However, when I set everything up with this disassembly, the "Build and run" appears grey and even pressing F5 doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this?

just save it and use the build button manually. im used to it
