Blind Player Assistance / Request

Greetings!
Me and some more blind or low Vision Folks play TBC Classic together. That means that we take advantage of Automizations and Audio Messages to play our Char based on Auditive information while we autofollow other Players.
I was very happy when i saw there is finally a auto Loot, Roll and Gear Addon because theese are things that is not majkeable for us so we allways need direct assistance. Atm i am trying you Addon to see if it works out good for us and Assist us well and increase the Accessability for us. For that i allready thank you for the great Addon!

As we can not use visual indicators to check for Activity of your Addon i would be very thankful if you could add Audio alerts for certain Addon activity. Eq Upgrade looted or Upgrade equiped You can also just use sounds for that while it is importand for us that they are real files in the directories of your addon because we could record our own files to replace the sounds if needed. If you would use sounds of the game there would be no chance for us to customize them to our individual needs. We allready ude other addons like SmartError, GTFO and AudioQs for audio alerts and we customized the integrated sounds in the Addon to replace them with spoken informations.

I am interested in this existing in the addon, but I don't have the time nor expertise to do it currently. I'm interested in any pull requests related to this and would be happy to review and merge if they make sense.
