Where do I get Wake Command?

Where do I get the Ping Command, Wake Command and Shutdown Command from. I have followed the guide fully, but this area is not explained to those starting out. I am tryinf to configure these last 2 parts. I am ruunning Homebridge from my Raspberry Pi4 and configuring on my windows 10 dekstop. Do I need to setup a SSH?

So I found that I don't need a wake command, but the shutdown command is having some issues. Homebridge is telling me net is not found, I removed it, but that didn't work. I have manually installed net, but still stating not found

That depends a lot on your system. Your best bet is to search for an answer elsewhere, such as the super user stack exchange website. You can also google using your system (OS) and “net rpc” as keywords.
