Ext. Tools, URL and character @

there is correct url including character @, on my case it is - https://portal.azure.com/#@mycompany.onmicrosoft.com/resource/subscriptions/cc75d…

copy/paste is ok, but processing via External Tools is not good…
looks to me - we need to update cd_exttools.py, line 500
url = urllib.parse.quote(ref, safe='/:#?=@')

am I right? is it enough?

I added 'URL' to ExtTools,

and it is called ok. Firefox opens MS Azure site.

so adding '@' to url = urllib.parse.quote(ref, safe='/:#?=') is enough fix for you? i can apply it.

let's test different method to open url?
write there code like this:

import cudax_lib
cudax_lib.safe_open_url(ref)

does it work for all special chars, for @ too?
on non-windows, safe_open_url works the same.
