Alexey, did you determine the cause of the file corruption?
You did not change cudatext.ico from Nov 29, 2023 (https://github.com/Alexey-T/CudaText/commits/master/app/cudatext.ico)
The cudatext.res is common file which updates eventually but what changed in the new cudatext.ico?
I recommend keep the reference code and whole build environment on the separate OS inside virtual machine to exclude the possibility of "third-party programs" modifying the project code and data.

I don't know the cause. Maybe playing with different IDE versions (Windows/Linux) distorted the icon in resource file. Ie in .res file. ICO file, seems, was not touched.
