Housekeeping Strategy [WIP issue]

Getting refinebio-frontend updated:

• Break out all of the components to their own file
• package the js api calls into a standardized lib
• fix scss style imports -> break them back up
  • these were merged to ge
• move the page code to the actual pages ( we did this because we weren't sure how that would work)
• update the search to use the FacetedSearchFilterBackend so we can remove the double search queries
• dataSet -> dataset for simplicity and error proneness
• edit the babel/webpack importer to remove the relative file paths from imports
• remove redux (this is probably last) but we should be able to move everything to contexts
