Prepare refinebio-web for production

We are preparing this repo for production. While this project is in a good place we want to ensure that before we launch to production we want to bring this project into compliance with our internal coding standards and practices. This Epic is to collect issues related to that effort.

This Epic will coincide with our efforts to produce and internally publish engineering documentation around standards and best practices. Issues

Issues in this epic will address the following:

• Standardize how data is fetched at page level
• Standardize component props to use data that originates from API response
• Standardize component composition and reuse
