Integrate one Chinese manga website DM5.com

Hi, i dont know how many chinese reader user out there.
But there used to be a chinese manga website supported on AMR which is tenmanga.com.
but its closed and converted into english manga website instead.
The previous website is then reopen into DM5.com.

I would be very happy if DM5 could be integrated into the plugin.
Its my wishes since a long time ago.
The reason i would want to integrate this website in AMR is because a lot of manga which is abandon by its english translator is actually still translated by chinese translator!
A few example is nozo x kimi, team medical dragon, etc.

If its not sweat breaking to integrate it, i hope one of the contributor could help integrate it.
However if you think its a lot of work to integrate it and couldn't do it. hopefully you could teach me how to integrate it so i could try doing it myself.

Anyone can write a script to support it. It just needs the dedication and knowledge.
