What happened?

When placing a Silent Gear created tool into the Trash Slot below the inventory, a duplicate of that item is placed into your inventory and also remains as the top item in the Trash Slot. If you take the apparent duplicate of the item out of the Trash Slot, when you place it in your inventory it disappears. Item Trash Cans work with Silent Gear tools as expected.
