Describe the issue

The gatekeeper and the gate for eternal starlight does not complete unless you find the common portal structure specifically. My group found a eternal_starlight:portal_ruins_cold structure and the quest would not complete. I changed it to #eternal_starlight:portal_ruins and it completed.

I have a fix for this ready, just need my internet to work so I can get it added.
