[Crash]: ATM9 v1.0.3 fails to load due to Quark error, requires complete reinstall

What happened?

Hi - having trouble with ATM9 not loading. modpack seems(?) to corrupt daily. I can eventually get it to load and run if I completely remove the modpack and delete all files and then reinstall. I get screen Error Loading Mods referencing Quark and game stops loading.
