The app does not allow you to receive notifications

Describe the bug
The app is supposed to allow notifications from accounts, but it does not send notifications because the app does not request the permission at any time and it is not declared as a permission that the app needs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to '.A notification permissions'
2. Click on 'Activate permission'
3. Scroll down to ''
4. See error This app does not send notifications
