Seems like there's some sort of incompatibility between Quantum Computer from AdvancedAE, and ME Requester.
I'm not sure how to replicate this issue as it was done by one of the player by accident.

There is not really something I can do without a reproduction setup. The requester works fine for me even if a quantum computer is present on the network.
