Following #200, I had looked through more author use of color and I noticed that tcolorbox's default border-color is also black.

I'm pondering whether that's worth changing to currentColor too. In color modes, it would be nice to have matching border (especially in dark mode).
However, since it's a single attribute, we can easily do this downstream, too.
