- 4 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/2 kg Fresh kingfish, filleted
- 1 head of fresh fennel, roughly chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Rinse the shucked oysters and the kingfish fillets in cold water and let them dry for a minute or two.
- Add the oysters, kingfish fillets, and the fennel to a blender.
