YouTube premium users (specifically) are unable to view dislikes.

How to reproduce/recreate?

Try to view dislikes with a YouTube Premium account.

I have disabled all other extensions.
Strangely, some of my specific YouTube brand/accounts with Premium (enabled via my main account) shows dislikes.

Not a Premium only problem, it's broken for me non-Premium aswell, YouTube pushed another UI update today
The like number have a new animated effect since today (which is very annoying aswell)

Edit Note: I use Brave instead of Edge, so it affects other Chromium-based browsers too.
Edit: Issue got fixed for me since 3.0.0.12.

This is strange. I don’t have Premium to test with at the moment — is this still happening?
