Add javascript and css support

It would be nice to be able to add javascript and css files to different context in jira. For example, I have a js file and I want it to be downloaded on the create issue screen.

Hi Alexey,

It is already supported by the plugin framework as documented at https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/web-resource/ . If the provided contexts are too loose you can filter in the script itself.
I don't see how could the jira-groovioli enhance this feature.
