GitHub固有なのかChrome固有なのかわからないけどたまに変な制御文字が(issue投稿とかmilestoneのサマリ入力時に)挿入されてRSSフィードがぶっ壊れるのでなんとかしたい.

issue の作成/更新フックで置換する？
- 連続して更新したときとかめんどくさそう
あるいはマイルストーンクローズ時にチェック & 置換するか
