Move the mysql details to somewhere out side the stool file #1

The STOOL files are also sent to the client. The mysql details are then also sent to client. Client gets gmosh or some other lua cache decoder and gets mysql details. Client logs in to mysql, drops all tables/data.... Server owner pissed off.

You just need to define the myself connection outside. Such as in lua/autorun/server/permapropmysql.lua and put the mysql futons in there. If server stamens in the stool file would be able to do Sal with out exposing the client
